Bostocks are a coach operator based in Congleton, Cheshire. Now part of the Holmeswood group they operate their own program of tours, a small amount of stage carriage work as well as school contracts and private hire.

A bus operator that is now owned by Centrebus, Bowers operate bus services across Derbyshire and Cheshire from their base in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent Challinor operate a small fleet of coaches on private hire and school contract work.

Clowes Coaches are a rural operator based in a remote location on the outskirts of the Staffordshire Moorlands village of Longnor. A varied fleet of coaches are operated including four Duple 425's, a plaxton paramount, two rather unusual Neoplan jetliners, two Scania Irizars, one of which is a tri-axle version purchased new in 2006, and a Toyota/Caetano Optimo. Numerous bus services are operated in and around the town of Leek using Mercedes-benz 709D's with Alexander Sprint bodywork. Vehicles wear either a red cream and green livery with red fleetnames or are painted allover cream with red fleetnames applied.

D&G Coach and bus (who despite the name only operate buses now) operate stage carriage and school services in Staffordshire and Cheshire from their base at Adderley Green, Stoke-on-Trent and from another depot in Crewe.

Finglands Coachways are a well established Bus and Coach operator based in Rusholme, Greater Manchester. They have been owned by the EYMS group since 1992 and operate numerous bus services in South Manchester as well as a fleet of private hire coaches.

First's Manchester operations provide services in the Northern half of the Greater Manchester area.

First Potteries are the major operator of bus services in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire, as well as operating services in Chester and on the Wirral peninsula. There are currently 6 depots in Crewe, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Adderley green (Stoke-on-Trent), Rock Ferry, and two depots in Chester (one being the former Chesterbus depot which was acquired along with the Chesterbus fleet in 2007). There is also an outstation in Wrexham.

This collection will focus on First Potteries operations in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire where First are the major operator in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, with services extending North to Crewe and South to Stafford. A large proportion of the fleet are Scania's with Wright Axcess bodywork, most of these vehicles have been cascaded from other First fleets over the past few years. Newer Scania's in the fleet are 04 (5 vehicles), 54(1 vehicle), 05 (1 vehicle) and 06 (10 vehicles) reg Scania omnicitys, all of which were delivered new to First Potteries. There are also 7 05 reg and 3 04 reg Scanias with Wright Solar bodies in the fleet, these have also been owned from new. Twelve 05 reg Volvo B7RLE's with Wright Eclipse bodywork arrived in the Potteries in August/September 2009, these joined the First Potteries fleet from First Manchester earlier in the year and were intially used for Park and Ride services in Chester before new vehicles arrived there, these are mainly used on route 25 (Hanley-Keele Uni) the route for which 10 of the batch are branded. There are also a large number of Dennis Darts in the fleet with either Alexander ALX 200, Plaxton Pointer 2, UVG Urbanstar or Marshall Capital bodywork. Smaller vehicles are now mainly Optare Solos with just a few Varios remaining in service. The only double deckers in the fleet in this area are all based at Crewe and are mainly used for School's work, these being 8 'G' reg Leyland Olympians with Leyland bodywork that were new to PMT, another Leyland olympian with Northern Counties bodywork and 3 Volvo Olympians/Alexander Royales that arrived in 2005.

Procters Coaches are based in Fenton Stoke-on-Trent, they operate their own program of day trips and Holidays as well as school contracts and private hire, two stage carriage services are also currently operated. The coach fleet is predominantly Bova Futuras with some older Volvo and DAF bodied Van Hools and a DAF bodied Plaxton Paramount also operated. A few service buses are also operated, these mainly have Plaxton bodies on either a Dennis Dart, Dennis Dart SLF or Volvo B6 chassis as well as one Marshall bodied MAN, some of these have seatbelts fitted. An Optare Solo which is owned by Stoke-on-Trent City Council is also currently operated. Vehicles are predominantly white with blue and orange patterns and fleetnames, apart from the Solo which wears Stoke-onTrent city councils 'Cityrider' livery and has Procters Vinyls on the windscreen. Most of the vehicles in the fleet have been re-registered, with HILxxxx or TLZxxxx registration numbers being most common.

RML Travel operated stage carriage and school services in and around Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford from September 2006 to January 2010, when the stage carriage operations, and some vehicles, were taken over by D&G Coach and Bus. RML travel continues to undertake other activities in the bus industry.

Robin Hood travel are a small coach operator based in Rudyard, a small village just outside of Leek, Staffordshire. They operate their own holiday program as well as undertaking private hire and school contract work. Large coaches in the fleet are mainly Bova Futuras with one Duple 425 also still operated, smaller vehicles include a Mercedes Tourino, Optare Sorocco bodied Mercedes Sprinter and a Wadham Stringer bodied Renault S56 minibus, vehicles are painted dark green with gold stars and fleetnames applied on top. Most of the vehicles that have been re-registered carry MKZ187x registration numbers.

Scraggs Coaches are an independent bus and coach operator based in Bucknall, Stoke-on-Trent. They operate various stage carriage and school services in and around Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, as well as having vehicles available for private hire.

Stagecoach Manchester are the major operator of bus services within the Southern half of the Greater Manchester area.

Based in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, Stanways operate coaches on private hire and school contract work, as well as undertaking a small amount of stage carriage work.

Originally a minibus operator, in recent years many larger vehicles have joined the fleet as Wardle's have expanded into operating bus services, school contracts and private hire.
